(June 2019)As Professor Marta taught us “one style does not fit all. If we adopt the “wrong” negotiation style we may end up destroying the value of the negotiation. Emotion is often used strategically in negotiations. As we prepare for negotiations we should include a strategy which embed negotiation style and emotion (while keep our genuine way of behaving)
